Spring into Action
The Gov.uk website states “You are encouraged to exercise caution and consider the risks. While no situation is risk free, there are actions we can take to protect ourselves and others around us” This includes wearing face covering in enclosed indoor spaces and other actions.
The government’s shift in policy is from mandatory enforcement of the rules towards one of individual responsibility.
To this end the Passmaster position is, as always, to consider the safety of our customers, instructors and staff . The government has effectively delegated responsibility to each individual business person to make decisions on their behalf. Our instructors will therefore continue to conduct a risk assessment on each lesson taking into account student's individual circumstances. This may include recent contacts, any covid related symptoms, requesting vaccination status amongst other questions. On the basis of this the instructor will decide if the lesson goes ahead and any precautions required, which may include wearing a face covering.
This reaffirms our commitment to the health and well-being of instructors and students.
